Join me, Katie Calderbank, for in-person Pilates classes designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore your body. With several years of experience practising and teaching Pilates, I’ll guide you through sessions that use a mix of bodyweight exercises and small equipment—from resistance bands and soft balls to super-light weights. We’ll combine slow, controlled movements with mindful breathing to target every muscle group. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, each class can be tailored to suit your needs and abilities. My aim is to create a welcoming space where you can build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance your mind–body connection at your own pace.

Yes. Every class is designed to suit all levels. Modifications are provided for beginners and progressions for those seeking a greater challenge, allowing everyone to work at their own pace.
Comfortable, form-fitting activewear is best so your alignment can be checked. Leggings or shorts with a supportive top work well.
Yes. There is a large on-site car park available for all participants, making it easy and convenient to access the studio
Our studio is located on the first floor and can only be accessed via stairs. Unfortunately, there is no lift access at this time
