We use ClassFit as our booking system. When you book a class, your details are collected securely through ClassFit and shared with us so we can manage your bookings.

Payments are processed by Stripe (and Apple Pay/Google Pay where available). Kore by Kate does not have access to or store your full payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We only use your information to:

• Manage your bookings and payments
• Contact you with important updates about your classes
• Send occasional updates or offers (only if you’ve opted in)

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your data is only shared with:

• ClassFit, for booking management
• Stripe/Apple Pay, for secure payments

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your information for as long as you are a client. You can request that we delete your data at any time by contacting us at Pilates@korebykate.co.uk.
